store.jsp is not available from a web browser

Description

Deploying an endpoint(e.g., http://example.org:8080/endpoint) and trying to access store.jsp (e.g., http://example.org:8080/endpoint/store.jsp) by clicking the respective button the user gets
"HTTP Status 404 - Servlet jsp is not available"

This error occurs at least when there are more than one bindings for slf4j in the classpath. In such cases, tomcat responds with some errors in catalina.out, so it is fairly easy to catch it. Since we use log4j, by removing the jdk binding, i.e., WEB-INF/lib/slf4j-jdk14-1.5.8.jar, the problem should disappear.
